In response to customer requests and experience
with off-shore installations, Solapak has developed a stand alone, fully
automatic bird dispersal system. On many off-shore platforms bird droppings
present not only a bio-hazard but can also impair solar array performance.
Unlike most deterrent devices
Solapak's Bird Dispersal system is proven to have long term effectiveness and
requires minimal maintenance. The system is fully automatic, has no moving parts
and, after the installation of the speakers, requires as little as 1mē of
platform area.
Solapak's bird dispersal system is available for standard and
hazardous area environments and comprises a controller, line amplifier and a set
of speakers.
